Bedo Bülent Kayaturan
is a sociologist by training and a passionate media professional with over 30 years of experience in the German media landscape. Raised in Germany and shaped by diverse cultural influences, he moves effortlessly between different social spheres, industries, and communities. As a moderator, connector, and bridge-builder across culture, politics, and business, he has cultivated a strong and reliable network at the highest level.
With AESTHETICACON, he is pursuing a bold and timely vision: to redefine the world of aesthetic medicine by making it more transparent, accessible, and patient-focused. His mission is to build trust and bring together patients, doctors, and clinics on one common platform. It’s not just about beauty – it’s about education, responsibility, and empowering people to make informed decisions about aesthetic treatments.
Behnush Najibi – Co-founder
AESTHETICACON was founded by Behnush Najibi – a psychologist, experienced project developer, networker, and passionate event professional. With over ten years in the event and media industry, she has created and executed numerous formats across the fields of health, aesthetics, culture, and social dialogue.
Driven by a deep understanding of people and trends, Behnush designs spaces for meaningful encounters – on stage, online, and in real life. Her vision is to build platforms that inspire, connect, and create lasting impact.
